Origins
The Say Group finds its roots within Medaf Global, an international conglomerate with over 40 years of experience in various strategic sectors such as infrastructure, mining, energy, oil, aviation, and telecommunications. It was in this context of diversified expertise that Say West Africa was founded, with the ambition to become a major player in economic and social development in West Africa.
Say West Africa was created to respond to the growing needs of West African markets for integrated solutions in several strategic sectors. Under the visionary leadership of Mr. SEDEGO Saidou, the group quickly established itself as a reliable partner for local and international businesses and institutions operating in the region.

Created to respond to the growing needs for reliable telecommunications solutions. Contributes to the development of digital infrastructure and connecting communities.
Say Logistics
Established to ensure international and national transportation of goods, supply chain management, and customs operations in West Africa.
Faso Chem
Specialist in chemical products for mining, industrial, and water treatment sectors. Manufactures, imports, and distributes over 1000 products in several African countries.
Expansion and Growth
Over the years, the Say Group has experienced significant growth, expanding its operations in several West African countries. The group has invested in strategic infrastructure, modern equipment, and staff training, now composed of more than 100 qualified professionals.
